This is our Christian alternative to Yoga & it is effective for improving flexibility and strengthening core muscles, as well as relaxing and relieving stress, an excellent way to start the day! Mats are provided.

Pilates is a series of strong moves and poses done on mat that will strengthen your muscles, increase flexibility and improve your balance. Mats are provided.

Grab a water bottle & join us for an exciting ride on our LeMond indoor bikes! Guaranteed to make you sweat, this workout is great for newbies as well as seasoned exercisers. Space limited to 12— please arrive 15 minutes before class. You MUST bring water to this class!
